**Key Responsibilities**
* **Project Execution**
: Manage day\-to\-day site operations for large\-scale residential and commercial building projects.
* **Technical Oversight**
: Apply strong technical expertise to oversee site activities and ensure alignment with engineering specifications.
* **Quality \& Safety**
: Implement and monitor rigorous standards to ensure all site work meets safety and quality benchmarks.
* **Software Integration**
: Use AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software to review designs and manage technical documentation.
* **Problem Solving**
: Utilize excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve complex on\-site engineering challenges.
**Requirements \& Qualifications**
* **Education**
: Must hold a Degree in Civil Engineering.
* **Experience**
: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
* **Project Expertise**
: Demonstrated experience working on high\-rise and mid\-rise building construction.
* **Regulatory Knowledge**
