Civil Site Engineer – Villa Construction
**Job Type:**

UAE
**Salary:**
AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (depending on experience)

**Role Overview:**
We are currently looking for a
**Civil Site Engineer**
with strong experience in
**villa construction projects in the UAE**
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on\-site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
The role requires hands\-on site management, coordination with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with municipality regulations and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and manage
**daily site construction activities**
to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Coordinate with
**project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers**
to maintain smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.
* Monitor
**construction progress**
and prepare
**daily, weekly, and monthly site reports**
.
* Ensure
**quality control**
of structural works, finishing works, and installations in accordance with project requirements.
* Implement and monitor
**health and safety standards**
on\-site.
* Conduct
**site inspections**
and verify that construction activities comply with approved plans and municipality regulations.
* Review and assist with
**shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals**
.
* Support in
**quantity take\-offs, material planning, and coordination with procurement teams**
.
* Coordinate with
**MEP teams**
to ensure proper integration with civil works.
* Identify and resolve
**site\-related technical issues**
efficiently to avoid delays.
* Ensure proper
**documentation and records**
for inspections, approvals, and site activities.
**Requirements**
* **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering**
(Diploma holders will not be considered).
* **Minimum 3\+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE**
, specifically in
**villa, townhouse, or residential building construction projects**
.
* **Umm Al Quwain Municipality G\+1 Approved Card**
is required.
* Candidates without the approval must be
**willing to appear for the UAQ Municipality G\+1 exam**
.
* **Strong knowledge of:**
\- Structural construction works
\- Interior finishing works
\- MEP coordination
\- Site execution and management
* Familiarity with
**UAE municipality regulations and construction standards**
.
* Ability to read and interpret
**engineering drawings and specifications**
.
* Proficiency in
**AutoCAD and basic project coordination tools**
.
* Strong
**communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills**
.
* Ability to manage
**multiple site tasks and meet tight deadlines**
.
* **UAE driving license preferred**
.
