Site Civil Engineer

**About the Company** We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our team for an affordable housing project. **About the Role** The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil engineering activities on the project site. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the construction of civil engineering works on the project site * Tiles Installation and Repair * Carpenter Door Fixing, Door Fitting * Aluminum Frame and Glass Door / Window Fixing * Paint inside flat, outside flat, balcony railings, cleanliness * Please note that all work mentioned above is done by Contractors on measurement * Collaborate with contractors \& customer to ensure HANDOVER is completed on time and within budget. * Investigate to identify potential issues and develop appropriate solutions. * Support daily wage labour, unskilled labour, security, store incharge and others for growth. * Ensure Safety of all workers on the project site, and implement appropriate safety measures. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design and construction. * Knowledge of local and national regulations, codes, and standards governing civil engineering works. * Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources on construction projects. * Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Required Skills** If you are a skilled Site Civil Engineer with a passion for affordable housing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Pay range and compensation package** We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the chance to work on meaningful projects that make a positive impact on communities. **Equal Opportunity Statement** We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
