**Job Title:** Senior Tendering Manager – Civil **Location:** Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata **CTC:** *Up to ₹7 LPA* **Experience:** 6–8\+ Years **Education:** Diploma in Civil / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA in Construction Management preferred) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Senior Tendering Manager (Civil)** to lead the bidding division for large\-scale infrastructure and government projects. The candidate will manage the **end\-to\-end tendering process**, ensure technical and commercial compliance, and drive successful bid submissions for government authorities and infrastructure agencies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on **Railways, highways, drainage, and structural civil projects**, along with deep knowledge of government e\-tendering platforms such as **IREPS and GeM**. Key Responsibilities1\. Strategic Bid Management * Lead the **end\-to\-end bidding process** for complex civil infrastructure projects including highways, earthworks, drainage systems, and structural concrete works (bridges/flyovers). * Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions. 2\. Submission Leadership \& Compliance * Ensure timely preparation and submission of **technical and commercial bids**. * Coordinate with engineering, finance, and management teams during bid preparation. 3\. PQR Management * Manage **Pre\-Qualification Requirements (PQR)** by evaluating company credentials against tender criteria. * Ensure **100% eligibility and compliance** with tender requirements. 4\. E\-Tendering \& Portal Management * Handle tender submissions through **IREPS, GeM, and state e\-procurement portals**. * Manage document uploads, EMD submissions, corrigendum tracking, and technical queries. 5\. Quality Assurance * Ensure all documentation (technical forms, bank guarantees, compliance documents) is **accurate, authenticated, and submitted before deadlines**.
