Senior Structural Engineer (UK Projects | Substation Design)

Location: Remote, Pakistan Employment Type: Full\-time, Permanent   **About us** DACI Utilities Engineering Consultancy Ltd is a UK\-based engineering consultancy delivering multi\-utility infrastructure design across electric, gas, and water networks. The company also operates a dedicated EHV (Extra High Voltage) engineering division, supporting complex electrical infrastructure and grid connection projects across the UK.   **What you’ll do:** * Lead structural design and analysis for new and existing substations. * Collaborate with electrical and civil design teams to develop integrated designs. * Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and specifications. * Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers. * Ensure compliance with UK standards, health and safety regulations, and client requirements.   **What we’re looking for:** * Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * Chartered or near\-Chartered Engineer (IStructE, ICE, or international equivalent). * Proven experience in substation or heavy infrastructure design. * Strong understanding of Eurocodes and British Standards, or willingness to adapt quickly. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English. * Ability to work effectively with a UK\-based, multi\-disciplinary remote team.   Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via LinkedIn or submit your CV and cover letter to careers@daci.co.uk.
