Talents Hub is hiring a Senior Restaurant Manager Our client is seeking an experienced and results\-driven senior\-level restaurant management professional to oversee high\-volume, upscale, and fine\-dining operations. Location: Kenya Salary: USD 1,000 \- 1,200 Benefits: Housing, health insurance, visa Role overview: * Oversee daily operations of high\-volume, upscale or fine\-dining restaurant environments * Lead, recruit, train, and manage large, diverse teams * Drive financial performance including budgeting, cost control, P\&L management, and forecasting * Optimize revenue and implement cost\-efficiency strategies * Manage food and beverage operations, including menu engineering and inventory control * Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost\-effectiveness * Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve complex guest issues * Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations * Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operations and brand consistency * Collaborate with stakeholders including owners, executives, chefs, and partners * Lead effectively in fast\-paced environments while maintaining high service standards Requirements: * Proven senior\-level experience in restaurant management * Strong leadership and people\-management skills * Expertise in financial management and revenue optimization * In\-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations * Exceptional customer service and problem\-solving skills * Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards * Strategic thinking and operational excellence mindset * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Ability to perform under pressure in fast\-paced environments
