At least 2 years' senior nursing/ team lead experience in Maternity Ward **Required Job Skills And Knowledge** * Demonstrate the ability to implement all five (5\) stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation) * Relevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards * Application of the nursing scope of practices as per the regulatory framework * Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications * Financial management principles * Risk management principles, systems and best practice * Stock control principles and management * Verbal and written communication skills in English All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
