Senior Project Manager/ Senior Resident Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Site Based Role) to join our team for a major Infrastructure \& Building Development Project in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for senior professionals with strong experience managing large\-scale community development projects involving infrastructure and villa developments. **Note :** * **Working Hours is 48 hours 6 days a week** * **Consultant supervision experience on large residential community developments (villas \+ infrastructure)** * **Strong contract administration and FIDIC experience** * **Proven experience within Abu Dhabi / UAE projects** 📍 Location Abu Dhabi, UAE 🔹 Key Requirements Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • Chartered / Professional Engineer certification preferred Experience Requirements: • Minimum 25 years of total relevant experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE or on similar large\-scale projects 🔹 Essential Experience • Proven track record in large\-scale community development projects in Abu Dhabi • Strong experience managing Infrastructure works including: Roads , Utilities , Wet \& Dry Services • Experience in villa development projects • Previous involvement in multi\-billion AED projects • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Authorities’ regulations and stakeholder coordination 🔹 Key Skills: • Project Leadership \& Delivery • Stakeholder \& Authority Coordination • Infrastructure \& Building Project Management • Contract \& Construction Management • Risk \& Schedule Management 📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at: Shaik.Zabiulla@khatibalami.com ⚠️ Immediate joiners or candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
