As the Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the vision of HelloFresh’s Global People Data Product Tribe. This role drives the development of reliable, scalable people data solutions that enable informed workforce and talent management decisions. By partnering closely with senior leadership, People teams, Product, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders, the role ensures the creation of high-impact dashboards, data assets, and self-serve analytics tools. The primary purpose is to harmonise complex workforce data systems, define and track key people metrics, and build technology products that empower data-driven decision-making at a global scale while maintaining local flexibility.

You will…

  • Set and Champion Product Vision: Develop, articulate, and promote the long-term vision and strategy for the Global People Data Products Tribe, aligning with HelloFresh’s broader People and Technology strategy.
  • Own and Define Key Metrics : Define, track, and optimise key performance metrics for thePeople Data Products Tribe in collaboration with stakeholders across the People function and wider Alliance.
  • Collaborate on Alliance-Level Outcomes: Co-create and align on Alliance-wide key metrics alongside Product peers from other data tribes and the Alliance Product Lead.
  • Drive Data Product Roadmaps: Build and execute data-driven roadmaps to deliver critical dashboards, data assets, and self-serve analytics capabilities that support workforce and talent decision-making.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and People Technology teams globally to identify unmet user needs, prioritise high-ROI opportunities, and ensure effective product delivery.
  • Harmonise Workforce Data Systems: Break down complex interactions across diverse systems to standardise and harmonise workforce data, enabling high-quality, actionable insights.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Advocate for data proficiency within the People domain by supporting the creation of reliable insights and embedding analytics into strategic workforce and talent management decisions.
  • Engage Senior Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leadership across the Alliance and People Function to drive critical workforce and talent management decisions through high-visibility data initiatives.

You have/are…

  • Product Leadership Experience: 5+ years’ experience leading product teams at scale within an agile environment, delivering complex internal tools and data products.
  • Workforce & HR Technology Domain Knowledge (Desirable): Strong understanding of the workforce management landscape, including exposure to Core HCM, recruitment, performance, and learning systems. Experience working with HR Information Systems is highly regarded.
  • Technical & Data Fluency: Ability to engage confidently with data engineers, software engineers, and analysts in high-level technical and analytics discussions.
  • Data-Driven Product Mindset: Demonstrated experience building data-driven roadmaps, defining key metrics, and connecting technical initiatives to measurable business value.
  • Systems Thinking & Complexity Management: Capability to navigate and harmonise complex interactions across multiple systems to generate reliable, actionable workforce insights.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to elicit critical requirements, manage delivery expectations, and influence senior leadership.
  • Data Advocacy & Insight Enablement: Commitment to promoting data proficiency by supporting the creation of high-quality insights and embedding analytics into decision-making processes.
