**Senior People Manager**
**£75k–£85k plus car allowance and package**
Are you looking for a senior people leadership role where you can shape the strategic people agenda and have a meaningful impact on the business? This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior People Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is energised by driving cultural and organisational development. You’ll lead a capable team and take full responsibility for the people function at a site known for its positive, collaborative culture \-something consistently echoed by previous successful placements.
In this senior role, you’ll work closely with the site leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to steer both operational people activity and long‑term initiatives that support growth, capability, and engagement.
**What you’ll be doing:**
* Acting as the senior people expert for managers across all functions.
* Leading a broad generalist remit including talent acquisition, engagement, learning \& development, ER, and succession planning.
* Driving the culture agenda, with a strong focus on engagement, capability, and leadership development.
* Shaping, developing, and implementing people policies and supporting continual improvement across the site.
* Playing a key leadership role in customer audits and ensuring compliance across all people\-related processes.
* Influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions at management meetings.
* Able to manage the hands\-on aspects of the role in conjunction with the strategic agenda.

* A collaborative, credible HR partner with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
* Demonstrated success operating as a strategic people leader.
