Job Description
We are looking for a accomplished Sales Manager to drive e\& enterprise commercial sales. This role focuses on managing key client relationships and selling our end\-to\-end digital value proposition, requiring a consultative leader who can meet TCIV and revenue KPIs while acting as a trusted digital advisor to transform technology organizations across the region. **Job Purpose:** Responsible for e\& enterprise commercial sales in the cloud or technology sector. The role constitutes management of key client relationships and selling e\& enterprise end\-to\-end digital value proposition, whilst working with internal stakeholders (e\& UAE and other LoB teams) as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** * Achieve the assigned e\& enterprise commercial KPIs including TCIV, revenue and GP. * Build, foster and maintain relationships with key accounts in the digital solutions portfolio that generate high revenue and/or provide substantial growth opportunities and potential * Build specialization in e\& enterprise commercial team and utilize experience and expertise to close sales and assist clients with their needs * Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements for all key account holders and articulate specific industry\-related market trends, as well as customer threats, opportunities, and barriers to growth * Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives * Ensure that the correct products/ solutions and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner * Identify opportunities and develop, if necessary, robust business cases for new solutions required by key account customers, to instigate decision\-making * Serve as the link of communication between key account customers and internal teams * Resolve any issues and problems faced by key account customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust, and escalate issues as needed to the Digital Sales Leader * Play an integral part in generating new digital sales that will turn into long\-lasting relationships * Be the customer trusted digital advisor for key account customers to help them envision a transformational roadmap * Advocate for e\& enterprise’s vision, value proposition and diverse offerings, by conceptualizing, planning, and leading adoption to its solutions among existing and potential key accounts * Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for consumption by internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics (for instance, periodical sales, YoY sales growth, etc.) * Continue to provide overall relationship management services to key accounts in the development, delivery and operations phase, in order to address issues or bottlenecks and escalate to e\& enterprise Sales Head as needed * Communicate and collaborate with the LoB Sales teams, Marcom team, Tech. \& Ops. Teams, to ensure that key clients’ needs are met **Qualifications \& Experience:** **Education** **Required:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related technology fields **Desired:** * Masters in Business Administration **Experience** **Required:** * 7\+ years of total experience in enterprise E\&U technology sales \& consulting driving customer business outcomes **Desired:** * 3\+ years of experience in a commercial leadership position in B2B technology organization.
