**JOB TITLE**
Senior Manager, Reward \| MAF Properties \| Head Office
**Role Summary**
The Senior Manager, Reward is an expert\-level role that supports the design, benchmarking, implementation, and governance of Group\-wide reward programs. The role also acts as a Reward Business Partner for designated Majid Al Futtaim Properties business units, enabling and guiding to ensure seamless day\-to\-day reward operations and effective alignment of reward practices with business needs and group frameworks.
**ROLE PROFILE**
* Partner with the Reward Director to design, review, and enhance group\-wide compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational design.
* Conduct regular market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to maintain competitive and fair reward practices.
* Ensure compliance of all compensation programs with labor laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
* Provide strategic and tactical reward guidance to designated business units, enabling annual compensation reviews and budgeting.
* Develop and deliver data\-driven dashboards, tools, and insights to support informed decision\-making and continuous program improvement.
* Lead capability\-building initiatives, including workshops and toolkits, to embed compensation knowledge across HR and business leaders.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a numerate or business\-related discipline.
* 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in reward or total compensation, ideally in large, matrixed organizations, with a demonstrable focus on program design, policy development and process management.
* Strong foundation in compensation principles, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and incentive programs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in SAP or similar HRIS systems.
