📍 **Location:** Rajoda – Bavda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 💼 **Department:** Human Resources **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to lead plant HR operations and drive people strategy in a manufacturing environment. The role involves managing talent acquisition, industrial relations, compliance, and organizational development while aligning HR practices with business and production goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end HR operations for plant/manufacturing setup * Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for both blue\-collar and technical roles * Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory regulations * Oversee statutory compliance and support internal/external audits (ISO, RBA, etc.) * Drive workforce planning aligned with production and business requirements * Implement performance management systems, including KRA/KPI frameworks and incentive structures * Manage contract labour, vendor relationships, and employee grievance handling * Lead training and development initiatives, including skill matrix and multi\-skilling programs * Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, cost\-per\-hire) to support decision\-making * Manage payroll processes, HR budgeting, and employee welfare initiatives **Required Skills \& Expertise** * Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance * Experience in plant HR / factory HR operations * Expertise in Industrial Relations (IR) and workforce management * Experience in bulk hiring and technical recruitment * Exposure to statutory audits and compliance frameworks * Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and conflict resolution skills * Analytical mindset with ability to use HR data for business decisions **Qualifications** * MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or MSW from a recognized institution **Experience** * 8–14 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant environments * Prior experience in a managerial role is required * Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or similar industry is preferred **Work Environment** * Plant\-based role with close interaction on the shop floor * Opportunity to work in a high\-growth and performance\-driven environment **Compensation** * ₹10,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (based on experience and expertise)
