Senior Legal Counsel

**Senior Counsel (California, US)** A global technology and industrial group is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its North American legal team, based in California. This is a high visibility, business facing role reporting directly to the General Counsel. **The Role** * Provide corporate and commercial legal support across US based entities * Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements including commercial, supplier, and technology contracts * Advise on day to day business matters, governance, and compliance * Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives * Manage external counsel and support cross border legal matters **Candidate Profile** * US qualified attorney with 3 to 5 years of corporate and commercial experience * Background in a leading law firm and or in house * Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience * Commercial mindset and ability to work closely with business teams * Comfortable operating in a fast paced, international environment **Why consider this role** * Direct exposure to senior leadership * Broad, generalist remit across multiple business areas * International scope working across the Americas * Opportunity to grow within a global organisation If this could be of interest, feel free to reach out directly.
