Senior Legal Counsel

**Department:** Global Legal Support **Location:** Pakistan **Description** We’re looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to support our operations. This role involves providing legal advice on a wide range of matters – from commercial contracts and civil law to marketing, fintech, and digital regulation – ensuring compliance and helping build efficient, business\-oriented solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide legal support for operations * Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, marketing/advertising, and digital law matters. * Review contracts and policies, and assist in claims resolution. * Monitor upcoming regulations and prepare legal analysis. * Ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards. * Support marketing and media campaigns with legal review. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on regional and global projects. **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise** * 2\+ years of experience as an in\-house counsel or in a law firm supporting IT or tech companies. * Experience in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law. * Familiarity with fintech and digital platforms regulation is an advantage. * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills. * Proficiency in English (C1–C2 or equivalent); local language proficiency required. * Experience in international environments is a plus. **Job Benefits** * Stable salary, official employment * Hybrid work mode and flexile schedule * Diverse internal training programs * Partially or fully payed additional training courses * All necessary work equipment
