The Senior Lecturer will be responsible for developing and delivering high\-quality academic content, engaging in research activities, and providing mentorship to students. The role includes designing curriculum, assessing student performance, contributing to departmental development, and participating in scholarly activities to further the university's mission. Additionally, the Senior Lecturer will collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to ensure a holistic and impactful educational environment. **Qualifications** * Expertise in curriculum development, lecture delivery, and innovative teaching techniques * Strong capabilities in academic research, paper writing, and publishing in reputable journals * Experience mentoring students and collaborating within interdisciplinary academic teams * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Commitment to integrating cultural, ethical, and social values into teaching and research practices * Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field; PhD holders are preferred * Proven experience in higher education teaching and a track record of academic achievements * Familiarity with global academic standards and local educational needs within the region
