**Job Description: Senior Human Resources Manager**

**Position Summary:**
The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR Business Partner supporting FBO Operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for executing day\-to\-day HR functions including employee support, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. This position works closely with operating unit leadership to support staffing, scheduling, and workforce needs while maintaining strong communication and feedback loops between employees, site leadership, and corporate teams. The Senior HR Manager plays a key role in ensuring a consistent employee experience, reinforcing company values, and supporting a growing, multi\-site operation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
HR Business Partner to Operations
* Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across multiple operating units
* Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, policies, and workplace concerns
* Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and policy interpretation
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Communication \& Feedback
* Establish regular communication rhythms with site leadership to stay aligned on workforce needs
* Create and maintain clear feedback loops between employees, managers, and corporate teams
* Identify trends in employee questions, concerns, and engagement and communicate insights to leadership
* Ensure consistent communication of HR updates, policy changes, and initiatives across all locations
* Follow through on employee and manager concerns to ensure timely resolution and transparency
Onboarding \& Employee Lifecycle
* Manage and execute onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and system setup
* Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience across all operating units
* Coordinate offboarding processes including exit interviews and final pay
* Capture and share feedback from onboarding and exit processes to improve employee experience
Compensation \& Benefits Administration
* Administer compensation actions including pay changes, promotions, and job changes
* Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits questions
* Support benefits enrollment, life event changes, and open enrollment processes
* Partner with payroll and benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
* Create and lead wellness initiatives
Workforce Support \& Scheduling
* Partner with operations leaders to support staffing levels and scheduling practices
* Assist in monitoring labor needs and identifying staffing gaps
* Support workforce planning efforts to ensure operational efficiency
Talent \& Performance Support
* Support performance management processes including reviews and documentation
* Assist managers with coaching conversations and performance improvement plans
* Partner with recruiting to support hiring needs across operating units
Culture \& Employee Experience
* Reinforce company values and support a positive employee experience across all locations
* Support employee engagement initiatives and site\-level needs
* Act as a visible and approachable HR presence for frontline employees
**Qualifications:**
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience
* 5–8\+ years of progressive HR experience
* Experience supporting multi\-site or highly regulated operational environments
* Strong experience in compensation, benefits, and employee relations, talent development
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
* Ability to manage high\-volume, day\-to\-day HR activities with attention to detail
* Experience creating and maintaining effective communication and feedback loops
* Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to operations
Certifications
* PHR or SHRM\-CP required / SPHR or SHRM\-SCP preferred
**Work Environment:**
This position is primarily remote with approximately
**25% travel**
required to visit operating units. The role requires close collaboration with site leadership and regular engagement with frontline teams across multiple locations.
