**Senior Human Resources Manager (On\-site \| Sterling, VA)**
**Compensation:**
$145,000 – $150,000
A global organization is seeking a
**Senior Human Resources Manager**
to serve as the operational HR leader supporting approximately 200 employees in a fast\-moving, international environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced
**hands\-on HR professional**
who enjoys owning the full HR lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development.
The organization operates in a
**24/7 global business environment**
, so this role requires someone who is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple HR responsibilities while partnering closely with executive leadership.
**The Role**
This position functions as a
**senior, operational HR leader**
responsible for executing and managing core HR functions across the organization.
You will partner closely with senior leadership to support the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring HR processes remain compliant, organized, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
* Manage full\-cycle recruiting including job descriptions, interview scheduling, ATS management, and offer coordination
* Lead onboarding processes including employment verification, training coordination, and HRIS documentation
* Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy across HR systems
* Support payroll administration as needed in partnership with the payroll team
* Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and compliance documentation
Employee Relations \& Policy
* Serve as a trusted HR resource for employee relations matters
* Provide guidance to managers on policies, compliance, and workplace issues
* Assist leadership with interpretation and implementation of HR policies
* Draft and update employee policies, procedures, and HR documentation
Benefits \& HR Administration
* Manage benefits administration including open enrollment and employee benefit education
* Ensure HRIS systems accurately reflect employee data and compensation changes
* Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
* Assist with reporting related to workforce metrics, turnover, and compliance filings
Culture \& Engagement
* Support employee engagement programs and company culture initiatives
* Coordinate employee events and internal communications
* Maintain and update the company intranet and HR resources

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
* 7–10\+ years of progressive HR experience
* Strong
**HR Generalist background**
with hands\-on responsibility across multiple HR functions
* Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development
* Experience using HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
* Ability to work
**on\-site**
and manage HR responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment
Preferred
* Experience supporting a
**global or multi\-office organization**
Work Environment
* Approximately
**200 employees globally**
* Lean HR team structure
* Occasional after\-hours HR matters may arise due to international operations
