Job Description
**Senior HR Manager \| Manufacturing \| Triad (Onsite)**
I’m currently partnering with a
**global manufacturing organization**
to identify a
**Senior**
**Human Resources Manager**
for their multi\-site operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR leader who enjoys being both
**strategic and hands\-on**
while supporting a dynamic workforce.
In this role, you will serve as a key partner to site leadership, helping drive
**talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational performance**
across a growing operation. The HR Manager will support approximately
**300 employees across two locations**
while leading core HR initiatives and building strong relationships throughout the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys
**influencing culture, developing people, and helping organizations scale effectively.**
Key Responsibilities
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies
• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and retention
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Coach and support managers on leadership, talent development, and HR best practices
• Oversee day\-to\-day HR operations while helping drive long\-term people strategies
• Lead and mentor a small HR team while supporting employees at all levels of the organization
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and organizational development
Ideal Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Approximately
**5–7 years of progressive HR experience**
, including
**leadership responsibility**
• Experience supporting
**manufacturing or industrial environments**
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Dayforce, or similar systems preferred)
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM\-CP, or SHRM\-SCP) is a plus
• Comfortable operating as a strategic partner while remaining involved in day\-to\-day HR matters
