We foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement, making it an ideal place for HR leaders to create real business impact. \-\-\- **\#\#\# 🔑 Key Responsibilities:** \- Lead and Head HR Function: Own and drive the entire HR department, setting up strong HR frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with business goals  \- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with leadership team to design and implement HR strategies that support business expansion and performance  \- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead end\-to\-end recruitment strategy including manpower planning, employer branding, sourcing, and hiring within defined timelines  \- HR Operations Management: Oversee complete HR operations including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, attendance, and exit management  \- Performance Management: Design and drive PMS cycles, goal setting (KRA/KPI), performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms  \- Learning \& Development: Identify training needs and implement L\&D initiatives, leadership development programs, and capability building frameworks  \- Employee Engagement \& Culture: Drive engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and foster a high\-performance, positive work culture  \- Employee Relations: Handle complex employee issues, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution  \- Organization Design \& Change Management: Support business restructuring, workforce planning, and change initiatives  \- HR Analytics \& Reporting: Use HR data and metrics to drive insights, improve productivity, and support decision\-making  \- Compliance \& Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and internal HR policies  \- Process Improvement: Continuously streamline HR processes, implement best practices, and drive automation where possible  \-\-\- **\#\#\# 🎯 Key Requirements:** \- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent  \- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with at least few years in a leadership/HRBP role  \- Strong exposure to handling end\-to\-end HR function including TA, L\&D, and HR operations  \- Proven ability to build and lead HR teams and processes from scratch or scale existing setups  \- Excellent stakeholder management with leadership influencing skills  \- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in India  \- High ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast\-paced, growth\-driven environment  \- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills  \-\-\- **\#\#\# 🌟 What We Offer:** \- Opportunity to lead and build the HR function end\-to\-end  \- Direct interaction with leadership and high impact role  \- Dynamic and growth\-oriented work environment  \- Competitive compensation and benefits
