Deep knowledge of the broad HR portfolio and how to connect it to the business is your key asset. You have broad experience in leading business transformations, workforce planning and putting strategy into practice.* *You are expected to jointly drive and engage others around our people strategy, organization development and people review. You have experience of working closely with executives and are comfortable as an escalation point for a wide range of employee matters. If you enjoy the mixture of strategic thinking, tactics, and operations, you will thrive in this role.* **Key responsibilities:** * Provide support and oversee organization development, transformation, and change management activities * Conduct proactive workforce planning, including people review, skill assessments, performance management, forecasting, and succession management * Steer Business Units union negotiations council and work environment committee for Business Units specific needs * Drive the overall people plan for a key business unit * Advise and coach the unit’s leadership teams on people’s matters * Handle escalations in employee conflicts and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies * Act as a strong role model, delivering solutions and results that meet business needs * Oversee and facilitate the development and implementation of culture, leadership, engagement, and D\&I activities across the business unit **Who are you?** Tele2 is well known for its high pace, fast decision\-making, and ability to quickly adapt to change. You seek creative solutions, deliver results, and most importantly, you embrace Tele2’s culture. **Qualifications:** * University degree or similar education within Human Resources, Economics, or Business Management * Several years of HR portfolio experience; you have either deep experience as a senior HR Business Advisor or are currently working in a senior HR manager position * Education and/or practical experience with Swedish labor law * Experience in organization development and change management * Experience in project management, including proven ability to lead others to achieve a common goal or delivery * Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English * Business experience in the Tech and/or Telco area **Benefits** Pension and health care Hybrid and flexible work life balance Career opportunities Parental benefit Employee benefits and Tele2 discounts Inclusive workplace
