Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” **Key Responsibilities** * Filing of various Goods \& Services Tax (GST) returns after due reconciliation with books and GST Portal * Should have good knowledge on Input Tax Credit eligibility under GST law * Should have knowledge on Input Service Distribution (ISD) and the distribution thereof * GST applicability under reverse charge mechanism * Should have knowledge of Calculation of Liability under GST and Making Payment * Should have knowledge of GST refund under export and inverted duty refund * Should have knowledge to Reconcile the balance of ITC/Payable with Books of Accounts * Should have knowledge how to get New Registration * Should be able to handle GST litigation , Documentation – Draft a reply of Notices * Should be able to handle GST Audit \-Internal as well as Departmental * Preparing and filling of GSTR9/9C * Good spoken and written English , Especially required to draft written replies/letters to the tax department. * Experience in SAP is a MUST **Travel Estimate** As per requirement **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification** M.com **Experience** 5\-6 Years in Indirect Tax Field **Your Success Matters to Us** At Sun Pharma, your success and well\-being are our top priorities!
