**Job Summary / Objective**
The Senior Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and managing strategic accounts. The role focuses on
**solution\-based selling of enterprise IT infrastructure**
, including data center solutions, cloud\-managed services, virtualization, disaster recovery, and security solutions.
You will own the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure and post\-sales engagement—while ensuring strong customer relationships and long\-term account growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Sales \& Business Development**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise and public/private sector organizations
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
* Leverage existing networks and relationships to generate new business
**2\. Enterprise Solution Selling**
* Position and sell end\-to\-end IT solutions including:
* Data Center Infrastructure \& System Integration
* Cloud \& Managed Services
* Backup, Disaster Recovery \& Business Continuity
* Virtualization \& Enterprise Storage
* Network \& Security Solutions
* Align customer requirements with tailored technical and commercial proposals
**3\. Key Account Management \& Customer Success**
* Act as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise clients
* Conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell/cross\-sell opportunities
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
**4\. Pipeline Management \& Deal Closure**
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
* Track pipeline health, forecasts, and performance metrics
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
* Secure purchase orders and meet/exceed assigned quotas
**5\. Collaboration \& Delivery Coordination**
* Work closely with pre\-sales, technical, and delivery teams
* Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution
* Coordinate internally for RFPs, bids, and compliance (especially public sector)
**6\. Market \& Industry Engagement**
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
* Understand Pakistan’s enterprise and government procurement ecosystem (PPRA, NITB, PITB, etc.)
**Required Skills \& Experience**
* Proven track record in enterprise IT sales and revenue generation
* Strong understanding of:
* Data Center Technologies
* Cloud \& Virtualization (VMware or similar)
* Enterprise Storage, Backup \& DR
* Networking \& Security Solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage complex, multi\-stakeholder sales cycles
* Experience selling into:
* Government / Public Sector
* Banking, Telecom, Enterprise, or Large Corporates
**Technologies \& Ecosystem Exposure**
Experience working with or selling solutions from leading vendors such as:
HP, Dell Technologies, Cisco, Huawei, VMware, and similar enterprise platforms
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
* MBA or equivalent is a plus
**Certifications (Preferred)**
At least one or more of the following is desirable:
* Huawei Certified Sales Expert (HCSE)
* Dell EMC Sales Expert (DES)
* VMware Technical Sales Professional (VTSP)
* Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise Sales (CCS\-ES)
* HP Enterprise Sales Certifications
* Vertiv or equivalent infrastructure certifications
**Note:**
Candidates with advanced (Expert/Specialist\-level) certifications and strong enterprise sales experience will be prioritized.
