Our client International Credit Information Ltd is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer \- Azure \& AWS Expertise in Karachi ICIL Technologies Ltd (www.iciltek.com) is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 7 years of experience to join the team. This role focuses on defining strategy and implementing DevSecOps pipelines for both digital and non\-digital journeys. The DevOps Engineer orchestrates build and release pipelines, ensuring smooth application promotion across multiple digital squads. The position requires expertise in automating full lifecycle deployments, covering non\-production and production environments, including API and database promotions. Additionally, the engineer is responsible for configuring and maintaining container platform setups within the Azure cloud environment. Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams are essential for delivering innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working with multi\-cloud services, including Azure and AWS, and possesses strong technical skills in automation, scripting, Kubernetes cluster management, and cloud\-native technologies. They are proficient in using a variety of DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps services, Terraform, SonarQube, Veracode, and Splunk. The engineer must demonstrate a passion for technology, an openness to learning, and a commitment to maintaining a culture of transparency and trust. This role does not involve managing a team but requires close coordination with Agile coaches, scrum masters, and development squads to drive continuous integration and delivery processes effectively. **Responsibilities** * Define and implement DevSecOps pipeline strategies for diverse application environments, ensuring robust and secure continuous integration and delivery. * Design, build, and maintain automated build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps services and other relevant tools. * Develop pipeline templates and enhance existing ones, integrating key DevOps tools such as SonarQube, Veracode, Twistlock, Ansible, Terraform, Hashicorp Vault, and UrbanCode Deploy. * Automate cloud\-based deployments for applications built on Springboot Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, and .Net Core, leveraging Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, OpenShift) and native Kubernetes capabilities. * Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters with advanced ingress controllers such as nginx and nginx\+, ensuring high availability and scalability. * Write and maintain Python and shell scripts to support infrastructure automation and operational tasks. * Implement and manage database automation using tools like Flyway and Liquibase to streamline schema changes and database versioning. * Configure and maintain Azure Files and Sync solutions to meet enterprise storage and file\-sharing requirements. * Implement logging and monitoring solutions using Splunk, EFK (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana), and ELK stacks to support infrastructure and application observability. * Automate middleware deployments for on\-premises environments including WebSphere, JBoss, BPM, IIS, and IBM Integration Bus (IIB). * Administer and optimize Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, and Ubuntu operating systems supporting the infrastructure. * Work with IBM Cloud Pak and Red Hat OpenShift platforms to manage cloud\-native workloads and microservices. * Support API gateway configuration and API deployment processes to enable secure and scalable API management. * Ensure seamless coordination with Agile coaches, scrum masters, and development teams to incorporate DevOps best practices throughout the application lifecycle. * Troubleshoot and resolve automation and deployment issues with speed and precision to maintain high system availability. * Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating innovative solutions into the DevOps ecosystem. * Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects. * Maintain detailed documentation of DevOps processes, configurations, and deployment strategies to support knowledge sharing and compliance. * Assist in the setup and operation of secure, compliant infrastructure environments adhering to company policies and industry standards.
