Senior Design Engineer

**About the company we're hiring for Currently:** The Company is a strategic offshore design and data coordination hub for European market leaders in fall protection, access, and safety systems. **Job Description:** The Senior Designer will work within the Lahore design team to deliver high\-quality technical drawings and 3D models for UK and NL projects. This role requires a degree\-qualified engineer or architect with proven experience in AutoCAD 3D and a strong background in construction and steel fabrication design. **Key Responsibilities** \- Produce accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for bespoke and standard access solutions. \- Develop fabrication drawings and ensure structural and material accuracy. \- Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and architects to ensure design intent. \- Manage projects through design phases, including client liaison. Conduct site surveys and interpret architectural/structural drawings. \- Ensure compliance with relevant design standards, CDM, and CE marking. \- Mentor and guide junior draughtsman /estimators. **Qualifications \& Experience** \- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related discipline. \- 3\-5 years of proven design experience in construction/steel fabrication. \- 2D AutoCAD Essential; 3D AutoCAD/Inventor Essential. \- Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and installation practices. \- Strong communication and project coordination skills. **Skills \& Attributes** Technical excellence in design software.
