Senior Data Scientist

**Senior Data Scientist – Dubai (FinTech)** We’re working with a high\-growth fintech in Dubai that’s building out a genuinely strong data science function. They’re looking for a **Senior Data Scientist** with a solid grounding in **traditional machine learning** and a **research\-driven mindset** to help push their models and products to the next level. **What you’ll be doing:** • Developing and deploying ML models across core business products • Working closely with engineering and product teams on end\-to\-end solutions • Applying rigorous experimentation and research approaches to improve performance • Tackling real\-world financial data problems at scale **What they’re looking for:** • 6\+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning • Strong experience with traditional ML (not purely LLM\-focused) • Background in research, experimentation, or advanced modelling • Experience in fintech, banking, or other data\-heavy environments is a plus • Strong coding skills (Python, etc.)
