**Senior Customer Service Representative**

**The Role**
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional ready to take the next step in their career. You will be a senior figure within the team—supporting day\-to\-day operations, handling more complex enquiries, and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities.
You will work closely with Operations and Purchasing, helping to improve processes and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as a senior point of contact for customer queries and escalations
* Support and mentor team members (2 1 on\-shore and 2 off\-shore)
* Monitor daily workloads and assist in allocating tasks to meet service levels
* Demonstrate and promote high standards of customer service
* Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing to act on feedback and drive improvements
* Take ownership of key processes including:
+ Order processing
+ Returns
+ Quotations
+ Delivery escalations
**Development Opportunity**
This role is designed with progression in mind. As you develop, you will take on increasing responsibility for team leadership, with a structured pathway into a Customer Service Team Leader position.
**Requirements**
* A minimum of three years' experience in customer service
* A confident communicator with a proactive, solutions\-focused approach
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* An interest in developing leadership and management capability
* A strong sense of ownership for the customer experience and continuous improvement
