You will be a senior figure within the team—supporting day\-to\-day operations, handling more complex enquiries, and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with Operations and Purchasing, helping to improve processes and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a senior point of contact for customer queries and escalations * Support and mentor team members (2 1 on\-shore and 2 off\-shore) * Monitor daily workloads and assist in allocating tasks to meet service levels * Demonstrate and promote high standards of customer service * Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing to act on feedback and drive improvements * Take ownership of key processes including: + Order processing + Returns + Quotations + Delivery escalations **Development Opportunity** This role is designed with progression in mind.
