Our teams work across multi‑disciplinary civil and complex urban development, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client partnership. **About the Role** : We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi), supporting the delivery of large\-scale urban infrastructure and masterplanning projects. **Key Responsibilities** : * Lead the design and delivery of stormwater drainage systems, including SuDS and hydraulic modelling * Prepare flood risk assessments (FRA) and drainage strategies for planning and detailed design * Develop earthworks, grading, and road design using Civil 3D * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across utilities, structures, and planning * Manage design packages from concept through to the construction stage * Engage with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery * Mentor junior engineers and support internal technical development * Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and international standards **Key Requirements** : * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline * 8\-12 years of experience in urban civil infrastructure design **Strong expertise in** : * Stormwater drainage and hydraulic modelling * SuDS and flood risk assessments * Earthworks and road design **Proficiency in** : * Civil 3D * MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage * GIS tools * Prior Middle East project experience is an advantage * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills **Why Join RBG** ?
