**Job Description:** * Management: Lead the end\-to\-end RFP process, including analyzing RFP requirements, RFP coordinating cross\-functional teams, and ensuring timely submission of high\-quality proposals. Collaborate with sales, technical, and subject matter experts to gather information, develop proposal content, and address client needs. * Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define scope. Analyze and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with project objectives. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes, workflows, and systems. Work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and optimize resource allocation. * Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to support data\-driven decision\-making and strategic planning. * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, project managers, developers, and executives. Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. * Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Generate reports and deliver presentations to communicate project status, key metrics, and recommendations to management and stakeholders. * Quality Assurance: Assist in defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the delivered solution meets the defined requirements and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum of 4\-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on managing RFPs. Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred. * RFP Expertise: In\-depth knowledge and understanding of RFP processes, including requirements analysis, proposal development, and vendor evaluation. Familiarity with various RFP software tools and platforms is a plus. * Business Analysis Skills: Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, process modeling, and creating functional specifications. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is desirable. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Data Analysis: Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and tools. Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis software. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. * Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and deliverables. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
