**Position:**
Legal Content Reviewer (Special Needs Law)
**Type:**
Hourly contract
**Compensation:**
$110–$140/hour
**Location:**
Remote
**Commitment:**
\~5 hours/week
**Role Responsibilities**
* Review structured legal content to ensure accuracy and alignment with applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks.
* Validate materials related to ABLE accounts, guardianship, and special needs trusts.
* Ensure clarity and correctness regarding Medicaid eligibility requirements and SSI application processes.
* Provide concise, expert feedback to improve legal dataset quality for AI evaluation.
* Collaborate asynchronously and meet defined review timelines.
**Requirements**
* Strong experience in special needs law or closely related legal or academic fields.
* Deep expertise in trust structures, disability benefits law, and special needs planning.
* Advanced understanding of Medicaid and SSI regulatory standards.
* Excellent legal analysis and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
