We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as **Senior Associate** Reporting to the **Manager** , this full\-time and permanent position is based in **Mumbai, India** and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our **Global Service Centre** and its’ growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage multiple finance and accounting processes aligned with KPIs and SLAs, including: * Preparation of standard working papers for statutory accounts, audits, and tax filings. * Periodic reconciliation of local accounts with management accounts. * Preparation of bridge files and supporting documentation for client sign\-off. * Liaising with auditors and local teams to ensure compliance with local GAAP. * Understand the deliverables and ensure quality output. * Monitor and track due dates for assigned countries to ensure timely filings. * Review outputs, maintain MIS reports, and process logs. * Escalate issues promptly to respective line manager as needed. **Key Requirements** **Qualifications \& Experience** * Semi\-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter), CMA, or equivalent. * 1–2 years of relevant experience in international compliance, statutory accounts, and audit coordination. * DipIFRS (Diploma in IFRS) is a plus. * Knowledge of UK GAAP and IRIS software is an added advantage. **Skills \& Attributes** * Proficient in English (spoken and written). * Strong presentation and customer service skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Self\-motivated, independent, and solution oriented. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. **Company Benefits:** At our Vistra GSC office, we believe in putting our employees’ well\-being first!
