Senior Associate: Litigation Lawyer

**Job Description: Senior Associate –Litigation** **Location:** Ranchi, Jharkhand **Practice Area:** Litigation \& Dispute Resolution **Position Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Litigation team at the Ranchi office. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills, sound legal acumen, and the ability to independently handle matters across courts and tribunals. **Key Responsibilities** * Independently handle litigation matters before various courts and tribunals including District Courts, High Court, and other judicial/quasi\-judicial forums. * Draft, review, and vet pleadings, written submissions, affidavits, applications and legal notices. * Conduct legal research and provide well\-reasoned legal opinions. * Brief and coordinate with Senior Counsels and manage court appearances. * Represent clients in hearings, arguments, and procedural matters. * Manage client relationships and provide timely updates on case progress. * Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and timelines. * Supervise and mentor junior associates and interns. **Qualifications \& Experience** * LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. (preferred). * Enrolled with the Bar Council of India. * 4–7 years of post\-qualification experience in litigation. * Prior experience in handling matters before High Courts and trial courts is essential. **Key Skills \& Competencies** * Strong drafting and research skills. * Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Client\-focused approach with professional integrity. * Team management and mentoring skills.
