Job Description
**Key Responsibilities** **Legal Work \& Matter Support** * Draft, review, and finalise legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and submissions * Conduct legal research and analysis and prepare briefs, notes, and opinions * Assist in strategy formulation and execution of matters and transactions * Support hearings, meetings, negotiations, and other client engagements * Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables **Client Coordination** * Liaise with clients on routine aspects of matters under supervision * Provide updates on matter progress and timelines * Maintain professional and responsive client communication **Team Support \& Supervision** * Guide and supervise Associates and interns on assigned tasks * Review junior drafts and provide constructive feedback * Ensure efficient allocation and completion of work within timelines **Operational Responsibilities** * Maintain matter records, trackers, and documentation * Ensure compliance with firm policies, processes, and ethical standards * Assist in billing support, time recording, and matter administration **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills * Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively * Sound judgment and attention to detail * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Team\-oriented approach with developing leadership capability * High standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * PQE: 7 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Enrollment with the Bar Counsel of India (Preferred) Work Location: In person
