while having extensive experience in managing HRMS systems. This role will involve overseeing the architecture, design, development, and implementation of HRMS solutions that cater to our organization's evolving HR needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
:
* Lead the HRMS development team, overseeing the design, implementation, and integration of the HRMS.
* Architect and develop scalable, robust, and efficient solutions using
**Java**
,
**Flutter**
, and
**Microservices**
.
* Manage end\-to\-end delivery of HRMS features including recruitment, payroll, attendance, performance management, and employee records.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (HR, IT, and other departments) to understand HRMS requirements and implement custom solutions.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
* Develop and maintain architecture and technical specifications for HRMS platforms, focusing on high availability and scalability.
* Mentor and guide the HRMS development team to follow best practices in coding, design, and development.
* Ensure the HRMS complies with data security and privacy standards.
* Develop and manage software release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high\-quality HRMS solutions.
* Continuously assess and integrate new technologies to enhance HRMS functionalities and user experience.
* Leverage
**Artificial Intelligence (AI)**
and automation to enhance business support, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
:
* 7\+ years of experience in HRMS system development and management.
* Strong expertise in
**Java**
,
**Flutter**
, and
**Microservices Architecture**
.
* Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering HRMS projects.
* Strong experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
* In\-depth understanding of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, performance management, etc.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross\-functional teams.
* Excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
