Senior AI Quality Assurance Engineer

**Job Type:** Full time / Onsite **Location:** Lahore Office **Candidates must have AI automation experience; otherwise, please do not apply.** **Role Overview** We’re looking for a forward\-thinking QA Engineer who can lead an Al First testing Strategy and build next\-generation automation frameworks. As a Senior AI\-Driven Automation QA Engineer, you will architect intelligent testing systems that leverage LLMs, AI coding assistants, and machine learning to accelerate and enhance the QA lifecycle across mobile and web platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Architect and implement AI\-augmented automation frameworks for mobile and web applications, utilizing LLMs and AI coding assistants to accelerate development. * Drive the "AI\-First" testing strategy, ensuring that all test programs, scripts (unit, integration, regression, API, and UI), and documentation are generated or optimized using AI tools. * Lead the integration of AI\-powered quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to provide predictive analysis and automated defect discovery. * Perform cross\-platform automation on Android, iOS, and web, using AI to manage selector stability and self\-healing test scripts. * Review PRDs and requirements using AI analysis to identify edge cases and ensure early test coverage. * Analyze complex test results using machine learning models to generate high\-level quality metrics and trend reports for stakeholders. * Act as the AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) by training and mentoring junior QA staff on prompt engineering, AI\-assisted coding, and the ethical use of AI in testing. * Stay at the bleeding edge of AI in QA, constantly evaluating new tools to further automate the SDLC. **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field. * 5\+ years of total QA experience, with a primary focus on automation and a proven track record of integrating AI tools into the workflow. * 3\-4 years of hands\-on experience in mobile automation (Appium, Selenium) with specialized knowledge in AI\-driven testing platforms. * Strong programming skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar) with proficiency in using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants. * Expertise in Prompt Engineering for the creation of robust, scalable automation frameworks from scratch. * Experience integrating AI\-validated tests with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines). * Deep understanding of AI testing methodologies, including model validation and the use of AI for synthetic data generation. * Experience with API automation tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) augmented by AI\-generated test collections. * Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, specifically in transitioning traditional QA teams into AI\-proficient units. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
