Senior AI QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI\-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing along with exposure to AI/ML systems. Key Responsibilities: * Design and execute test strategies for AI/ML\-based applications * Validate model performance, accuracy, and data integrity * Develop automated test frameworks and scripts * Perform functional, regression, and performance testing * Identify, document, and track defects across AI systems * Collaborate with data scientists and developers to ensure quality delivery Requirements: * 5–8\+ years of experience in QA/testing * Hands\-on experience with AI/ML systems or data\-driven applications * Strong knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) * Experience with APIs, databases, and performance testing * Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages * Understanding of model validation, bias testing, and data quality Nice to Have: * Experience with MLOps pipelines * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI Interested candidates may also apply at sana.naz@avanzasolutions.com
