* Design and deploy

from scratch
* Build
**end\-to\-end AI automation systems**
(coding \+ no\-code tools)
* Develop
**business workflows \& process automation solutions**
* Lead
**AI projects**
from requirement gathering to deployment
* Communicate with
**international clients**
, understand needs \& deliver solutions
* Build and train
**AI automation teams / fresh talent (academy model)**
* Create
**business strategies using AI automation**
* Integrate tools, APIs, and systems into scalable solutions
* Monitor, debug, and optimize AI agents \& automation pipelines
* Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure project delivery

**Requirements \& Qualifications**
* Minimum
**5\+ years experience**
in
**AI / Automation / Tech Solutions**
* Hands\-on experience with
**AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation**
* Strong understanding of
**business processes \& automation strategies**
* Experience in
**project management \& client handling (international)**
* Ability to
**lead teams, train juniors, and build systems from scratch**
* Strong communication \& problem\-solving skills
* Experience with
**coding \+ no\-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)**

**Preferred / Extra Skills**
* Experience with
**LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG systems**
* Knowledge of
**CRM automation, SaaS tools, APIs integration**
* Exposure to
**AI voice agents / call automation systems**
* Understanding of

**scaling automation for eCommerce / service businesses**
