We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
**Senior Admin Officer**
to oversee and manage the administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, manage facilities, and support management in administrative planning and coordination.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
* Manage office facilities, equipment, and maintenance activities.
* Supervise administrative staff and monitor their performance.
* Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and service agreements.
* Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative reports.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
* Assist management with administrative planning and operational support.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
* 3–5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
