Our client Ahsan \& Brothers is looking for a Senior Accountant with Odoo ERP Expertise in Lahore Ahsan \& Brothers seeks a detail\-oriented Accountant with at least five years of professional experience specializing in financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger management. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in tax preparation and compliance, demonstrating proficiency in various accounting software, including ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle Financials, and specifically Odoo. Experience with Odoo ERP implementation is critical to support the company’s ongoing accounting processes and system enhancements. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while adhering to regulatory requirements. The Accountant will perform individual Responsibilities without team management duties but will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and smooth ERP operations. **Responsibilities** * Prepare accurate and timely financial reports that comply with company policies and regulatory standards. * Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. * Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to reflect all financial transactions and adjustments. * Ensure full compliance with tax laws by preparing tax returns and handling all related documentation accurately. * Utilize accounting software and ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle Financials, and Odoo to process financial data efficiently. * Lead Odoo ERP system implementation activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external consultants. * Monitor and improve existing accounting processes within the ERP to increase operational efficiency and accuracy. * Conduct periodic audits and prepare financial statements to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. * Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline accounting workflows and support internal controls. * Maintain detailed and organized records of all financial transactions to support transparency and reporting needs. * Stay informed of changes in accounting regulations and practices to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices. * Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and analysis. * Troubleshoot and resolve ERP\-related accounting issues promptly to avoid disruptions in financial reporting. * Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations about accounting entries and systems. * Apply critical thinking to analyze financial data and support decision\-making processes within the organization.
