Our client Eye Armour Tech (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Senior Accountant in Lahore Eye Armour Tech (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This is a full\-time, permanent position based at our Lahore Gulberg office, operating during the third shift from 5 PM to 2 AM Pakistan Standard Time. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. This role requires proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. The individual will work independently and collaboratively to ensure compliance with accounting standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes. The Senior Accountant must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in financial reporting and reconciliation, including bank reconciliations. This position does not involve managing a team but demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data accurately. The candidate will play a vital role in supporting the company’s financial integrity by ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all financial documents and reports. Adaptability to the third\-shift schedule and a commitment to office\-based work are essential for success in this role. **Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and maintain complete financial records in accordance with established accounting standards and company policies. * Analyze financial data to produce accurate financial reports that assist management in decision\-making. * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled on a timely basis. * Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and verifying financial information. * Collaborate with finance team members to enhance and streamline accounting workflows and procedures. * Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial information entered into accounting systems. * Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and SAP to manage and record financial transactions. * Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to generate complex spreadsheets, financial models, and reports. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare documentation and supporting schedules for audits and financial reviews. * Identify discrepancies in financial documentation and conduct thorough investigations to resolve issues. * Support the month\-end and year\-end closing processes by preparing necessary reconciliations and financial statements. * Maintain organized and up\-to\-date financial records for easy retrieval and audit purposes. * Communicate effectively with other departments to gather necessary financial data and resolve any accounting queries. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to existing financial reporting processes.
