Senior Accountant

**StevenDouglas** has been **exclusively engaged** on a fantastic **Senior Accountant** career opportunity. **This role is fully remote.** Reporting to the VP in this global company, the Senior Accountant will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across payroll, treasury, and accounting functions. This position is ideal for a CPA who has been working in a hands\-on general accounting role managing Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Management accounting activities such as month end, Payroll accounting \& Monthly reconciliations. **Responsibilities:** * **Treasury:** (Cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning) * **Core Accounting \& Financial Operations** * **Expense \& Credit Card Management** * **Accounts Receivable** * **Leadership \& Growth** **Qualifications:** * CPA required or CPA candidacy * Minimum 5 years of General Accounting experience in industry (mid\-size company) * Must have staffing/ PEO industry experience or professional services * Experience leading a small team * Strong understanding of multi\-state accounting and payroll * Hands\-on experience with: * **Treasury management (cashflow, borrowing base reporting etc)** * Accounts Receivable * Management accounting * Payroll accounting \& tax * Monthly reconciliation * High volume transactional accounting environments
