You'll serve as a trusted financial partner to each brand — managing everything from day\-to\-day operations through month\-end close and financial reporting. This is a high\-ownership role for someone who thrives in a multi\-client environment and has a genuine understanding of the CPG industry — the distributor relationships, the channel complexity, and the pace that comes with supporting growth\-stage brands. **What You'll Do** * Own the full\-cycle accounting function for a portfolio of CPG clients, including general ledger management, month\-end close, and financial statement preparation * Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations including accounts payable processing and bill pay through Bill.com or equivalent, accounts receivable recording, and cash management * Record and reconcile revenue across multiple channels including wholesale, distributor, and direct\-to\-consumer * Process and reconcile distributor transactions including deductions, promotional allowances, and chargebacks from partners such as KeHe and UNFI * Maintain accurate inventory accounting in coordination with clients using systems such as Cin7 * Prepare workpapers and support reporting requirements in a clean, audit\-ready manner * Communicate directly with clients on day\-to\-day accounting matters, supported by a US\-based account contact, and report into the Head of Accounting **What We're Looking For** * 4\+ years of accounting experience with meaningful exposure to US\-based CPG brands, either in\-house or through an outsourced or advisory firm with a strong focus on Food and Beverage * A strong understanding of how CPG businesses operate across wholesale, retail, and DTC channels * Comfort navigating the complexity of distributor relationships, trade deductions, and promotional accounting * A proactive communicator who can manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy * Someone who works with a high degree of independence while knowing when to escalate * Experience managing one or several staff accountants **Required Skills \& Experience** * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (essential) * Working knowledge of Bill.com, Cin7, Confido, and SPS Commerce * Solid understanding of US GAAP and accrual\-basis accounting * Experience with omnichannel revenue recognition including DTC, wholesale, and distributor sales * Familiarity with natural/specialty distributor deduction processing (KeHe, UNFI, or similar) as well as their EDI's * Full\-cycle bookkeeping and accounting operations experience
