Senior Accountant

**Job Title: Senior Accountant** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Company:** Paris Society International We are seeking a detail\-oriented and commercially driven Senior Accountant to join Paris Society International. The ideal candidate must have strong experience within the hospitality industry, including standalone restaurants and/or hotels, with a deep understanding of operational finance. Hands\-on experience with SunSystems (Infor SunSystems) and other accounting software is essential. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end accounting functions including GL, AP, and AR * Lead month\-end and year\-end closing processes in a timely and accurate manner * Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis * Monitor cost control and operational expenses across restaurant outlets * Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and intercompany accounting * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and internal financial policies * Liaise with external auditors and support audit requirements * Partner with operations teams to provide financial insights and improve margins * Maintain and optimize accounting systems, with a focus on SunSystems **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum 5–7 years of experience, preferably in hospitality (standalone restaurants/hotels) * Strong hands\-on experience with SunSystems (Infor SunSystems) is mandatory * Experience with other ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage * Solid understanding of cost control, inventory, and revenue cycles in hospitality * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multi\-outlet environment * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **Preferred Qualifications** * ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification * UAE/GCC experience preferred Interested candidate can share their cv at career@rikasgroup.com.
