Senior Accountant

**Senior Corporate Accountant \| Multi\-Entity Medical Group** **The Opportunity** We are seeking a high\-caliber **Senior Accountant** to serve as the point person for our financial integrity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw operational data and GAAP\-compliant insights. As we transition into our new **West Chester corporate office** , you will have the unique opportunity to refine our reporting workflows and automate manual processes from the ground up. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure all reporting strictly adheres to U.S. GAAP standards, maintaining rigorous oversight of our financial position. * Lead the consolidation process for two core entities. You will manage intercompany eliminations and reconciliations to ensure a unified, transparent financial picture. * Own the month\-end and year\-end closing cycles. This includes maintaining the general ledger, overseeing accruals, and performing variance analysis to explain the "why" behind the numbers to leadership. * Act as the primary liaison for outside auditors. Maintain high\-quality workpapers and refine internal controls—including fixed assets and lease schedules—to scale with our increasing volume. * Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual tasks and streamline the flow of data between departments. **Qualifications** * 6\+ years of accounting experience; a blend of Public and Private accounting is preferred or someone out of industry. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query) and familiarity with ERP systems. Proven experience with multi\-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations. * You don't just find errors; you propose solutions and identify trends that help the business grow.
