**Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst (Power BI \& Full\-Cycle)**

, is currently expanding following a year of record\-breaking acquisitions. We are seeking a high\-energy, detail\-oriented accounting professional to join their close\-knit finance team.

**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor, you will be a key player in ensuring the integrity of the financial close process while providing the analytical insights necessary to drive executive decision\-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Full\-Cycle Month\-End:**
Manage the preparation and posting of 70–80 journal entries monthly, including complex accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
* **Financial Analysis:**
Partner with senior management to provide high\-level reporting and analysis that steers business strategy.
* **Process Innovation:**
Actively identify gaps in financial processes and assist in developing automated solutions to improve efficiency.
* **Business Partnering:**
Collaborate cross\-functionally with Sales, Credit, Pricing, and Shipping teams to ensure financial accuracy across the supply chain.
**What You Bring to the Table**
* **Experience:**
3–5 years of hands\-on experience in month\-end close and financial reporting.
* **Technical Mastery:**
You are an Excel power user and have had professional exposure to
**Power BI**
for data visualization.
* **Communication:**
You don't just crunch numbers; you can translate them for non\-finance stakeholders.
