**Senior Accountant – Boutique Financial Services \| London** Radley Green is exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing boutique financial services firm based in London to recruit a Senior Accountant. This is a newly created position offering a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director, supporting the day\-to\-day running of the finance function within a high\-performing and collaborative team. The business is highly successful and experiencing a period of sustained growth, and is now seeking a qualified accountant to play a key role in its continued development. **Salary \& Benefits** £55,000 – £60,000 base salary \+ up to 75% bonus, plus a competitive benefits package \+ 4 a days a week in the London office. **Key Responsibilities** * Full ownership of the monthly management accounts process * Cash flow reporting and analysis * Responsibility for month\-end close processes * Supporting the Finance Director during year\-end activities * Reviewing and improving finance processes and controls * Taking on increasing responsibility as the role evolves **Candidate Profile** * ACA/CA qualified (Top 20 firm preferred), with exposure to financial services clients; or * Industry\-trained qualified accountant with financial services experience * Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, offering strong progression potential and exposure to senior leadership.
