Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and statutory reporting
* Prepare and submit monthly regulatory reports including quarterly e\-forms
* Develop monthly forecasting models and annual budgets, including cash flow projections
* Conduct detailed management analysis of Profit \& Loss and Balance Sheet
* Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of financial audits
* Manage company funds and support profitability initiatives such as fixed deposit investments
* Liaise with banking partners to optimize financial costs and operational flexibility
* Supervise daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and timely execution
* Monitor receivables and payables aging and ensure effective financial control
* Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best accounting practices
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
* Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
* Mandatory 5 years of experience within an insurance company or brokerage firm
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
* Good communication skills in English
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
