Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, and handling complex accounting issues. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. This is a hybrid role, 4 days on site. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards * Manage full\-cycle accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger maintenance * Analyze financial results, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to support business decision\-making * Lead month\-end and year\-end close processes, ensuring timelines are met and reporting is accurate and complete * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support audits, improve processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls **Qualifications** * 4\+ years' of professional accounting experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience * CPA preferred
