They are looking for a Senior Accountant who wants to go beyond traditional accounting and play a key role in finance transformation and modernization initiatives. 🔎 **The Opportunity** Reporting to the Manager of Operational Accounting, this role sits at the heart of both: * Core accounting operations * Strategic transformation projects This is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, challenging processes, and building scalable finance infrastructure. 🎯 **Key Responsibilities** * Lead month\-end close, GL management, journal entries \& reconciliations * Drive automation and process optimization initiatives * Support ERP transformation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment) * Improve workflows across cash forecasting, payroll, leases, accruals \& intercompany * Enhance balance sheet integrity and close efficiency * Partner cross\-functionally with Finance, Tax \& Treasury * Contribute to the broader digital finance transformation roadmap **✅ Profile** * **CPA required** * 6\+ years of progressive accounting experience within $1B\+ revenue businesses * Deep understanding of GAAP and internal controls; experience in investment accounting or financial services is a plus. * Experience with ERP upgrades, automation or finance transformation * Advanced Excel \& strong systems mindset * Ability to operate in a fast\-moving, evolving environment **The role can be open to candidates coming straight from public accounting** **💡 Why consider this role?** This is not a “business\-as\-usual” accounting position.
