Senior Accountant - F&B Industry (UAE)

With a focus on innovation and empowerment, BTC is committed to creating meaningful projects in the food and beverage industry and beyond, while inspiring the next generation of Emiratis. **Role Description** We are looking for a hands\-on Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team, supporting multi\-location F\&B operations across the UAE. This role requires someone who can own the numbers end\-to\-end — from invoice booking to closing the books. 🔹 Role Overview You will be responsible for: • Managing end\-to\-end Accounts Payable (AP) • Booking all invoices accurately:   – F\&B supplier invoices   – Landlord / lease invoices   – Utilities \& operational expenses • Ensuring proper PO \& GRN matching (Supy integration) • Handling vendor reconciliations and supplier coordination • Leading monthly book closing (accruals, prepayments, provisions) • Supporting P\&L preparation and variance analysis • Maintaining strong GL control and reconciliations • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance 🔹 Key Requirements • 4–6 years of accounting experience • F\&B / Restaurant experience in UAE is mandatory • Supy experience is mandatory • Experience in ERP/accounting systems • CA / CPA / ACCA (preferred) 🔹 What We’re Looking For • Strong understanding of restaurant operations \& cost structures • Ability to handle high\-volume transactions with accuracy • Experience in month\-end closing • Strong communication \& supplier management skills • A team player with ownership mindset
